Interagency Council for Applied Homeland Security Technology (ICAHST) ICAHST offers a government-wide forum to discuss critical homeland security and counterterrorism issues by developing concepts, processes, collaborative approaches, and new technologies for counterterrorism-related Information Technology (IT).
